Telephone Service
     This is essentially the same as our face to face service with the following exceptions.  All contacts are conducted over the phone.  A parent must be present and actively participate with students under 18.  All telephone charges are at the students expense.  Students are required to purchase either a telephone head set or a speaker phone.  These can be purchase at your local radio shack. 
       We have had experience with this set-up and have found it just as successful as face to face teaching when all guidelines are followed.  The only problem we have encountered is when the parent does not remain seated next to the student during the lesson. At present 90% of our students are taught over the phone.

Parent Training
        We are able to train parents in our teaching methods.  This training, conducted in Maryland, can be very successful and ultimately lower the expense of the complete program.  We will train parents in groups of five or more on a weekend day.  Training lasts from 9:30 a.m. until  3:30 p.m.
The procedure is so easy to follow that no educational background is necessary.  As a matter of fact we have been more successful with people outside the field of education than we have with certified teachers.  Certified teachers tend to fall back on their college training which is counter productive to our program.
         We don't simply train and "cut you loose."  We direct, via fax, internet, or telephone, every step of the way.  We will do the assessments, and provide you with step by step instructions throughout the program.  We are able to do this at half the regular "session" price.  Training is $150.00 and any telephone charges are at the student's expence.
